Letter to Mr Higgins from Andrew Kay of the Charity Commission informing Mr Higgins that he has seen the Clerk in charge of the case about his small rent charge. Advises him to write again to the commissioners. Enjoyed visit to Mr Higgins 'many thanks for your hospitality. Mabel tells me she has got some very good receipts from you, so we hope that before long you will test our cook's powers of putting them into practice'.
