“O” File No. 15. Office File No. 8025. In the Matter of Henry Charles Dunham’s Charity for the General Municipal Charities, in the Borough of Bedford. In the County of Bedford and In the Matter of “The Charitable Trusts Acts, 1853 to 1925.” The Board of Charity Commissioners for England and Wales in substitution for their Order of the 2nd October 1925 numbered 3709/25 Do hereby Order that the Bedford Corporation Mortgage (Electric Light Undertaking)No.149 (1) securing the sum of One Thousand pounds with interest at the rate of Four and three-quarters per cent per annum repayable by either party giving six months notice in writing expiring on any 31st day of March or 30th day of September, may be transferred into the name of “The Official Trustees of Charitable Funds” and that the same, when so transferred, be held by the said Official Trustees in Trust for the above mentioned Charity. Sealed by Order of the said Board, this eighteenth day of December one Thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
