Reciting above, and that John Petre by deed poll 8 July 1674 did covenant with John Caryll of Goodwood and John Peter the younger on certain payments to convey Bedfordshire property to them, and reciting his will, and that his elder brother William Lord Petre had an only daughter Mary Petre who died in testator's lifetime, but had married George Heneage (father of George Heneage, a party) on whose death said George, son of George Heneage and Mary Petre, had Bedfordshire property
John Petre the younger died in lifetime of John Caryll of Goodwood, and John Caryll the grandson claimed the equitable estate
