[Recites; Will of Alexander Deacon, dated 22 July 1809, in which he made no devise of real estate; and Will of William Deacon, dated 30 October 1830 ..... Devised his messuage, malting and wharf, and farm at Streatley, Leagrave and Luton [no details], to his friend Charles Cox, and his brother-in-law Thomas Smith; in trust for sale]. ...[As in T43/11]; in occupation of Thomas Crawley; a cottage [as in T43/17], [now in 2 tenements], in occupation of Joseph Brightman and [blank] Titmus; and the messuage (now divided into 2 tenements) in occupation of George Waller senior and junior, the cottage now in occupation of Robert Horton, and the close, [all as in T43/19].
