The messuage called Longs in Sundon in occupation of John Sanders; and late of Simon Martin, William Bearly and Martha Ivory; Home Close (2¾ acres) (formerly 3 closes called Roopers, Hatchlooks and Puttifootes) [see T42/122-T42/131]; a close (1¼ acres), lying near the said messuage on northeast side of the highway there, with the ground of Richard Carter, Widow Wright and John Clarke on southeasat, and Thomas Gregory on northwest; a small pightle of land adjoining the stable belonging to the said messuage on west, and abutting north on a close formerly of Thomas Peppiatt called Pedwells, and south on the common highway; and a pightle called Neals (½ acre), contiguous to the said messuage, with the buildings belonging to a farm of William Clayton in occupation of George Fensham northwest, and Pinyers Close sotheast; and 97 acres dispersed in the Common Fields of Sundon [no details].
