Two pieces of arable lying in a Common Field of Sundon, viz: ½ acre on Chaulton Hill, with land of said Francis Ampes on south and west, and of Thomas Cheney, esquire east, and abutting on Dunstable Way; and ½ acre with the land of said Thomas Cheney on north and west and of William Ampes on east.
