    Sir John Eyles, baronet, alderman of London, and wife Dame Mary, to Sir Gregory Page of Greenwich (county Kent), baronet ... A capital messuage or mansion house (lately built with brick) formerly in occupation of Nathaniel Long of London, merchant, deceased, then of Joseph Haskin Styles, esquire, and now of Sir John Eyles, in or near Marke Lane in parish of All Saints Barking near the Tower of London, together with the stable, coach house, printing house, and other buildings underneath; and several warehouses, vaults and cellars on the West side of Seething Lane in the said parish, late in occupation of Nathaniel Long, since of Sir James Hallet, knight, Richard Lytcott and William Leach, and now of Sir John Eyles; also the newly built brick messuage in Seething Lane adjoining to the warehouses; and warehouses and buildings erected on the ground on which stood an old messuage, sometime in occupation of Mary Pick: and appurtenances and ground, on part of which once stood a great messuage in occupation of John Fowke, alderman of London, and several tenements in an alley then called Starr Alley.
