Also a cottage in which George Travell alias Traveller formerly dwelt, late in occupation of Thomas Evans senior and John Potts alias Osborne, and now of John Groome and Ann Cobb, widow; and a close adjoining (1 acre); (purchased of John Samm and wife Mary, and Thomas Evans senior and junior). And also a cottage in Sundon, late in Occupation of John Ashby and now of Thomas Cloather; a close (1½ acres) adjoining with Matthews Lane east.; and a rood of ground at the north end of the said close; (purchased of Thomas Cloather).
