A messuage in Sundon, late in occupation of George Ampes and now of Daniel Gosbell; a close adjoining (1 acre) called Chandlers; another close called Longs (now divided into 3 parts) containing 4 acres; and 90 acres dispersed in the Fields of Sundon [Terrier giving acreage, field names and bounds of land in the Mill Field, the Common Field and the Holt Field, occupies one membrane in the Lease (T42/266)].
