A close (2 acres) in Sundon, next the Widow Ketcher south, land of John Sanders west, and the Church Way east by Bucksall Pond; 5 acres in Common Field in a furlong called Hockhole, next land of Thomas Gregory south, and of John Sanders west, and 3½ acres in the Middle Field on Chicks Hill next the land of Andrew King west, and Richard Fells east; and a piece of ground containing 1½ perches "as it is now Ditched out from a Close of Mr Peirsons called Broxalls at the East End of the same Close."
