A messuage in Sundon called Longs, late in occupation of William Bearley and Martha Ivory; a close called Roopers (1 acre) and another called Hatchlookes ( 1 acre), late in occupation of Matthew Watts, and now of Simon Martin; 60 acres dispersed in the Fields of Sundon (20¼ acres of which were late in occupation of Thomas Cheyne, esquire, and now of John King, and the other part in occupation of John King and Matthew Watts); a close of pasture (1¼ acres), adjoining to the said messuage; a pightle (1 rood) adjoining the said messuage west, and abutting north on a close formerly of Thomas Peppitt called Pedwells, and south on the highway (now converted into an orchard in occupation of William Bearley); 1 rood in the Common Fields, called Crafts, between the land of John Crawley north, and of Edmund Wethered south, and abutting west on a close called Pinners, formerly of John Hebbs (purchased by Edmund Wethered from Thomas Cheyne); and also 15¼ acres in the Common Fields (purchased by Edmund Wethered from William Nicholl).
