    Election comes on Monday. Is certain as these things can be [for himself] but which will be other knows not for Sir W[illiam] Wake has taken neither trouble nor expense & Mr Kenrick has. Was at Woodford yesterday, all well there but wishes business ended. [The two members elected for Bedford were SW1 and Sir William Wake.]
