- Scope and ContentBy tomorrow's coach will receive parcel containing Deed upon which endorsement engrossed from release of annuity upon Bledlow Estate & Deeds for signature of Mr Neighbour in lieu of original which was lost. Mr Rusting to procure Mr Neighbour's execution & return together with other Deeds. (Note on top: The Deed was found). Reply: Parcel of Deeds arrived & Mr Runting will go to Bledlow to get Mr Neighbour's executed. Has read over Deed to sign & observe original mortgage to Sir Martin Folkes & Rolfe was for £6000, for which Bledlow & Walham Green are security, & joined to give mortgage preference for Annuity. By endorsement sees only £3000 is paid off & Bledlow discharged form £3000 unpaid, & Walham Green still charged with it. Rather surprised after letter of 17 March (6238). Therefore suppose there is other discharge for £3000 which he omitted to send.
