    "You are not legally bound to answer the questions contained in Messrs Kendall and Company's letter - but then Major FitzGerald has two boys who take a prospective interest in the £2000 and anyone interested in the Estate as a legatee or otherwise may take out a summons to administer the estate in Chancery and Major FitzGerald on behalf of his two boys could do so. If he were to do so at least £300 would be added to the cost of winding up the estate. No harm can be done by answering the query made and some people might think he had a right to make it ..."
