Has been the master of a charity school at Ormesby St Margaret near Great Yarmouth for 20 years; salary £16 per year, now reduced to £13 per year (deductions reduce it to £10 2s.); he then has to pay rates & taxes & repair house, and he can no longer support his family . Alleges that the land which provides his salary lets at 3 times the rent at which it let when he was appointed.
