  • Scope and Content
Lord James wishes to pay off some of the debt by appropriating the accumulated monies of the Bedfordshire and Durham trusts. The writer and William Stuart agreed to the proposal, and sent Mr Collingdon, who is usually employed to conduct matters of business between trustees and creditors. The writer is sorry to learn that Lord James had already instructed Richard Roy to deal with the business, and this will involve unnecessary expense. Writer is waiting to hear the outcome of the application. Thinks there should be a total of £30,000 to put towards paying off the debt.
