Memorial for Robert Garrow, labourer to James Morison, dismissed by his master without wages for attending Banffshire Volunteers' drill against orders. The Lord Advocate, Charles Hope, has attached a note that Garrow has no claim except for up to the day of his dismissal; but adds that every effort should be made to stigmatise & punish Morison.
