- 1 acre of arable in the common fields of Sandy
- 3r in Girtford Backside abutting west on Girtford and east on the highway, lying next a common baulk south and land of John Smith north.
- 1 r in Hawe Hedges abutting east on Kings Highway and west on the Hawe, land of Sir Humphrey Monoux north and land of Robert Gardiner south.
- 14 acres of Ley ground upon the Warren common called by the name of Mr Denn's Leys in the parish and bounds of Sandy all now in the occupation of 2).

[Widow Elizabeth Webster joined the church in 1726, died 22 November 1741. In 1743 (p12 of X525/1) 'Br Woodhams...is to pay two shillings more which is rent due for the land given by widow Webster. It was due at Michaelmas last past 1742'.
At enclosure of Sandy, 1799-1800, the land, previously one acre of arable and 14 acres of heath, was communted for an allotment of 2a 2r 14p, besides an addition 13 pole adjoining awarded for grazing rights in Sandy which went with a cottage (presumably Meeting house site) in Blunham (pp96 and 97 of X525/1). The rent was given annually to the poor.]
