    Reciting surrender 21 December 1821 (X525/12) and Reciting that on Sandy Enclosure the commissioners allotted to the Trustees of the Protestant Dissenters residing in or near Blunham: -for their land in the open and common fields and common rights in Sandy (see X525/20) - one piece of land containing 2a 2r 27p in Town field bounded on part of the North by allotment awarded to mary Eyre widow, on part of East and on North by next describd allotment, on remaining aprt of East by Turnpike Road and on south by allotment to Martin Mayle, and on West by parish of Tempsford. - for their common right belonging to their estate in Blunham - 13p in Town field bounded North by allotment to Mary Eyre, East by Turnpike Road and South and West by last described allotment. Reciting that 1) have agreed to make a Declaration of Trusts upon which the land is held DECLARATION OF TRUST by 1) that they are seized in the property to the following trusts: a) as to the Meeting House, to permit the same to be used as a place of religious worship by a society of Protestant Dissenters called Particular or Calvinistic Baptists maintaining the doctrines of the one living and true God, three equal pesons in one Godhead, Eternal and Personal Election, Origianl sin, Particular Redemption, free justification by the imputed righteousness of Christ, Regeneration, Conversion and Sanctification, Perseverance of the Saints, etc., practicing Baptism by immersion to such as are of years of understanding, the minister after 2) to be a Particular or Calvinistic Baptist chosen by two thirds of the Communicant members of the Society, female as well as male b) as to the ground adjacent the Meeting House, upon trust to use as a burial ground or for enlargement of the Meeting House c) as to all the residue, excepting only the allotment of 2a 2r 27p in Sandy, to let and give proceeds to the minister for the time being d) as to the allotment of 2a 2r 27p in Sandy, to let and give the income to poor persons in Blunham according to the decision of the Minister and Deacons. As to a), b) and c) above, the Trustees agree to mortgage premises if so required by majority of male members of society, and to use money arising for benefit of society, for improvement of property, and for the enlargment, improvement, repair or rebuilding of premises. If congregartion should cease to exist, trustees to hold to use of Particular Baptist Fund in London. Note of enrollment in Chancery 30 June 1836. Endorsed with memorandum of conveyance 30 November 1965 to Bourneham Ltd of 2.114a frontage 450' and their right to production of this document.
