Mentions the vault [where husband Thomas Knox is buried?] as being 'exactly under the gravel walk, trampled on by every creature who went in and out of church'. Has got permission to get the walk turned and the vault railed in, as well as to put something in the church. Describes journey. Mentions Thomas Knox [3rd Earl of Ranfurly], and making daughter Flora housekeeper.
