[Recites 2 mortgages: i) Mortgage for £100 by Francis Dyve to Thomas Medlycott of Middle Temple, of the impropriate rectory of Steventon (no details); ii) Mortgage for £1,200 by same Francis Dyve to Robert Seymour, esquire and Robert Welsted, of two great closes of pasture containing 246 acres called Newfeild, Forty Acres Meadow, Twenty Acres Meadow, Savages Close containing 7 acres, and a tenement (all occupiers given, but no further details); all in Bromham; also Coney Gree Meadow containing 8 acres in Biddenham. Both mortgages dated 1659 or 1660]
