'TEMPSFORD'. View showing, on the right hand side, the entrance to Tempsford Hall with the gatekeeper's Lodge on the Great North Road (the lodge burned down in the 1960s). A motor car is travelling south, as are four ladies walking on the opposite side of the road on the pavement, two pushing prams. A motor cycle is parked at the side of the road opposite the entrance.
