Has changed her plans and is not going to Aldenham for her confinement. Wonders if William met with Charles Cocks in Milan, and whether he may meet her youngest brother in law in Rome. Northland [Thomas Knox, later 2nd Earl of Ranfurly] is very unwell and has gone to Dublin for medical advice. Mention of the wedding of Lady Caroline Leveson-Gower, daughter of the Duke of Sutherland. General news of freinds and acquaintances.
