Petition to the Treasury from the Provost (Joseph Sage) & Company of Moneyers at the Royal Mint: if their machinery was up-to-date, like that of Boulton, they could manufacture the coinage as well as Boulton. Asks that they may receive the contract for stamping Spanish dollars which they hear is to be issued.
