Copy affidavit, signed by various naval Captains & by the British consul at Corunna, of John Dennis, master of the American schooner Adams, that he rescued Robert Jeffery from the island of Sombrero, Anguilla. Jeffery then went to Beverley (Massachusetts) and worked at his old trade of blacksmith.
