Mrs Courtenay's pension probably granted in 1793 & paid out of the old stores; her husband was killed in action between the Boston & a French frigate. Lord Mulgrave deficient in not laying the case of Lady Hannah Bettesworth before the Cabinet, but he has so many gross jobs to carry for his own connexions. Asks for interview.
