Legal opinion of Richard Preston of Lincolns Inn regarding executorship of the Will of John Langston. - Langston was the last surviving trustee under the Will of Harry Haughton. There is no power for the appointment of new trustees, but Langston's executors are desirous of being discharged from the trust. The opinion is that the executors must act in the execution of the trusts, or apply to the Court of Chancery for the appointment of new trustees.
