- to daughter Ann Wiliams Hope, wife of John Williams Hope, merchant of Amsterdam, £1,000. If Ann is no longer living at time of testator's demise, to be divided equally between her children. - to daughter Sarah Goddard, £1,000 at age 25 or on marriage if before. - to daughter Henrietta Goddard, £1,000 at age 25 or on marriage if before. - remiander to wife, Henrietta Maria Goddard. Codicil: - Interest in new River Water Works to wife, Henrietta Maria Goddard. - legacy to daughter Sarah revoked, as she has married and provision has been made for her by a marriage portion. 2nd codicil: - recently purchased estates in Thornton and elsewhere in Yorkshire and in Saxby and elsewher in Lincolnshire to wife, Henrietta Maria Goddard. 3rd Codicil: - Manor of Saxby and property in Lincolnshire to wife, Henrietta Maria Goddard. 4th codicil: - Various legacies to servants.
