Chapman requests a lease of Mill Cottage, Tempsford. Copy letter of reply requesting information about rent he would pay and repairs required. Letter from Brigitte Chapman; her husband is away and will write on his return. Letter from H E Chapman: suggests rent of £12 per annum. Regarding repairs 'if the cottage is weatherproof and habitable we shall be satisfied.' Further letter from H E Chapman: Agrees to rent of £18, tenant to pay rates and keep the cottage in reasonable repair. Hope it will be ready for Easter. Two further Letters from H E Chapman regarding meeting and decorations.
