Published by Sapra Studio, P.O. box 5882, Nairobi. Stamped with a 65 Tanzanian cent stamp. Franked "DAR-ES-SALAAM TANGANYIKA, 2:30pm 4 FE 66". "Dar-Es-Salaam Tanzania. I am enjoying this visit to East Africa. Tanzania WAS Tanganyika - very British atmosphere - black and white mix freely in hotels, cafes etc. Very different from South Africa. The heat is strong, but it suits me. I expect to make a long stay in Italy and France on our return to Genoa in March. We have visited several game reserves and seen this sort of thing. J.H."
