… Robert has leased to Gilbert all land in le Middelhul formerly of William Roberd, between land of Ralf carpenter, and the way from Estslade to Robert of Bourne's wood; with meadow adjoining called Hullimede; as by bounds they are meted
yielding to grantor 40s annually (1 mark each at St John the Baptist, Michaelmas and Lady Day)
in default of payment the land will escheat to Robert, and Gilbert may not alienate it during Robert's life; but thereafter it remains Gilbert's inheritance
