    - messuage or tenement on the west side of and adjoining a messuage or tenement called the White Horse Inn in Well Street, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of Samuel Sanderson, since of George Allinson, then of William Halfhead, deceased and now of William Waters - stable with loft over lying in the yard late belonging to the White Horse Inn. - garden of piece of ground near adjoining said stable. Both stable and ground being in the occupation of William Halfhead at the time of his death. - Edifice or building formerly part of the Ram Inn Malting in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, together with 3 corn shops or chambers over, formerly in the occupation of James Whittingstall, Robert Elliott, John Newell and Robert Arnold, then of William Halfhead and Thomas Smith, and since of the said William Halfhead, deceased. - two messuages or tenements in a lane formerly called Gaol Lane but now Silver Street, in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, one formerly in the occupation of Miles Rook Palmer,then widow Palmer and now of Joseph Nash, and the other formerly in te occupation of Thomas Mears and now of William Prior. The said messuages were erected and built by William Hill on part of the ground theretofore belonging to a messuage or tenement formerly called the Star Inn. - three cottages or tenements and premises with appurtenances adjoining formerly erected on part of a plot whereon a messuage formerly stood but since burned down, situate in Saint Lloyds in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, formerly in the several occupations of John Wright, Thomas Rutter and James Haynes (bounds given). - parcel of garden land and premises with appurtenances in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford (measurements given). - messuage or tenement now made into two tenements, wash house, brew house, barn and pightle built by David Clarke on part of a parcel of ground formerly in his occupation and then of George Ridge and __ Denyer; abutting on the north the three cottages described above (other bounds given). - two messuages, cottages or tenements at Up End, Kempston lately built be James Robert Storrs and late in the occupation of Charles Cherry and Samuel Maynard and ground on which they stand [measurements and bounds given]. - cottage or tenement lying behind the above messuages, formerly in the occupation of James Lacey. - small piece of garden land adjoinging. - Messuage or dwelling heretofore occupied as a lime house, situated near the bottom of the Ram Inn yard, in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, formerly the estate of William Belsham, and all new erected and other buildings to the said messuage belonging therewith and piece of garden ground situated at the bottom of the Ram Inn yard, and all erections or buildings thereon; all formerly in the occupation of Edward Jakins, since John Risely, afterwards Thomas Smith, late of John and William Haseldene [bounds given]. - parcel of ground in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, part of certain lands called Fryers Minors or Friars or the Priory Farm and Green Dragon Close (measurements and bounds given), and four messuages or tenements with outbuildings belonging, formerly in the tenures or occupations of William Wootton, William Byway, John Chamberlain and Mary Warr. - parcel of land in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, being part of a close called Great Hill Close [measurements and bounds given] with four messuages or tenements with outbuildings and appurtenances lateley in the occupation of widow Smith, Willaim Peacock, Thomas Covington and John Dix. - parcel of ground in the parish of St.Paul, Bedford, part of certain lands called Fryers Minors or Friars or the Priory Farm and green Dragon Close [measurements and bounds given] with messuages and outbuildings late in the occupations of John Freeman, William Carrier and William Hardwick
