To youngest son George Lockwood and heirs, after death of testator and wife:
… messuage with malthouse or malting, barns, stables, outhouses, orchards, yards etc. in Bedford St Paul's in Angell Street alias Sheeps Chiping, now in testator's own occupation
… cottage in Green End, Biddenham, with close of pasture and 9 acres in open field now in tenure of John Lightwood
… copyhold premises held of the manor of Steventon, surrender to use of his will, being land in Steventon lately purchased of John Barns and Mary his wife, and Anne Barringer, spinster, on which there is a mortgage of £120
To friend William Faldo of Bedford, draper, and his heirs, on trust
… testator's moiety of messuage and appurtenances now in occupation of Frances Read, widow, in Stevington, and land, all copyhold, late the property of John Laughton, late husband of Frances Read, and late uncle of testator, and devised to testator as one of the nephews and coheirs;
to sell, after death of Frances Read, and pay off the £120 mortgage, and debts
… 6 acres in Carlton held of the manor of Stevington
to sell to pay off debts
If George Lockwood has reached 21 before the sales made, then bequest void, and the property to go to him absolutely, provided he pays debts
… after death of testator's wife, Faldo also to have an annuity of £9 charged on the property left to son George in Bedford and Biddenham during the life of elder son William Lockwood to maintain him during his life
