I the event of death of David, principal to go to other surviving son or sons. - To niece Margaret Scott £10 per year for life, and at her death, the principal to go to surviving son or sons. - Property placed in the names of Rew and Hodges belong testator's ward Isabella Clark, together with such sums of money that may be in the hands of Thomas Collyer, navy agent. - Remainder of property to be divided between testator's three sons, George, John and David equally. Executors George & John Rew and David Lee.
