    - to wife Elizabeth Dennis for life, all freehold, copyhold and leasehold property, which is to be kept in tenantable repair. After wife's demise: - to son Henry Dennis; property in Blunham where testator dwells and land and hereditaments belonging thereto, subject ot the payment of mortgage thereon and the payment of £600 to be divided equally between testator's daughters Ann, Mary, Caroline, Harriett and Susan when they reach age 21. - to son John Dennis; leasehold estate in Tempsford [Tempsford Mill] for the remainder of the term of years, and copyhold cottage with appurtenances in Blunham, in the tenures of William Williamson and Joseph Boufield, and freehold cottage, orchard and premises in Gamlingay in occupation of Richard Sage, subject to payment of £400 divided between five daughters as aforesaid. - Goods, chattels and personal estate to wife for life; after her demise to 2 sons and 5 daughters, when they attain the age of 21. Other daughter Elizabeth Dennis, an infant, to have one equal part of personal estate up to value of £200. Executors: wife Elizabeth, John Usher, Joseph Dunton and Robert Judd.
