    Devises all real estate to wife Mary for life, with permission to cut timber for repairs but for no other purpose. - £600 to wife - £100 to nephew Joseph Tomlinson, one of the sons of brother John Tomlinson, deceased - £50 to the daughter of late brother William Tomlinson, [not named] if she be alive at time of testator's death; if she is not, money to go to residual estate. - £100 each to Edward Harwood, Ann Long and Mary Harwood, son and daughters of late brother in law William Harwood. - £20 to Edward Tomlinson, son of said nephew Joseph Tomlinson to put him out as apprentice or be otherwise applied to his benefit. - £5 to Thomas Sharp, son of Richard Sharp of Goldington o put him out as apprentice at age 14, or sooner if his father shall think fit. - to said Richard Sharp, 1 years rent of the house and appurtenances rented from the testator, being £1 19s 6d - 20s to be spent on bread and distributed to the poor of Goldington on the Sunday following the testator's decease. - to cousin Robert Andrews and wife's brother Thomas Harwood £10 each to buy mourning. - After decease of wife, all real estate to said nephew Joseph Tomlinson and to son of late brother William. - £10 to wife's niece ___ Roberts. - 1 gold ring to Mrs Marsh of Felmersham. - 1 gold ring to Silvester Addington, and request him to assist executor. - Remainder of estate to wife, executor and administrator. Wife Mary to be sole executor. Proviso that 'any devisee or legatee who 'shall give my said wife any trouble, molestation or disturbance for or on account of anything in this my will..... shall forfeit and lose all and every demise, bequests, legacy or legacies to which they were entitled'.
