River called Little River from ford at end of Mill Lane leading into Mill Green up to boundary of Blunham with Tempsford and the foundation of an old mill and floodgates belonging lying on the river called the Old Mills with little slip of ground on S. side of said river next to and adjoining old foundations containing 54 feet in length from the outward sell below stream upwards and 54 in breadth from the water southward free liberty of tenant to repair support, sustain and uphold a water corn mill or seat of water corn mills on the foundations and other outhouses including profits of fishing and of rushes and reed growing in the stream or on the bank. Late in occupation of Henry Bendysh, Tempsford But reserved little islands or willow grounds, slips and little pieces of ground near to or adjoining River or grass, herbage and profits thereof as all willows, fallons, osiers and wood and bushes. Covenant not to trade as a coal merchant nor any other goods, wares and merchandise of Joseph Field and Ebenezer Fossett of Tempsford, merchants except such sorts of corn and grain and growth and produce thereof which are usually bought and sold traded and dealt in by millers and mealmen. Rent £6 per annum.
