Part of a letter addressed to 'My Lord'. The writer cannot consent to it being said that he advised the translation of Bishop [Joseph] Stock to the diocese of Waterford and Lismore. Refers to Stock's 'shameful behaviour' as schoolmaster at Portora Royal School located in Enniskillen, and 'gross misconduct as Bishop of Killala'.
