Francis Eede settles lands of value £1,000 on his son [lands in Warwick detailed]. William Lingham agrees to contribute an equal sum, by conveying property in Aspley Guise, worth £600, (as in HO34) and paying a further sum of £400 in cash (£200 within a year of the marriage and £200 after the death of himself and his wife Abigail or after his 2nd marriage) The property is to be entailed.
