Scope and Content
There have been disputes between i) and ii) about ii)’s dower. They now agree to the following
- i) will pay ii) an annuity of £8 during life of Elizabeth Gillet of Aspley Guise, widow
- i) will pay ii) an annuity of £6 for life after death of Elizabeth Gillet
- ii) may retain household goods in the house she now dwells in for her own use
- ii) may inhabit the house as long as i) thinks fit, free of rent, subject to 3 months notice
- i) may retain all plate and household goods lately Lee Sadleir's, now in his actual possession in London
- ii) will assign her right to dower to Joseph Taylor of Inner Temple in trust to attend the inheritance of i).
- ii) will assign judgements and bond (as in HO16)
- ii) will keep the property she occupies in repair
