Recites:
- Bond for £1,500: Lee Sadleir to Lawrence Dyer, 24 February 1682/3 on condition that Sadleir should purchase lands to the value of £7,500 and settle them on Mary his wife (which has not been done)
- Judgement for J Dyer against Mary Sadleir for recovery of above £1,500 in Common Pleas, Trinity 1710, and similar judgement against George Sadleir.
An agreement, of equal date herewith (HO17) has been made between Mary and George Sadleir, in consideration of which the above bond and judgements are assigned to iii) in trust for George Sadleir to attend the inheritance of the Manor of Aspley Guise, as defined in Lease and Release, 17, 18 February 1706/7 [i) George Sadleir; ii) J Styleman of London, gentleman; iii) Jane Styleman of London, spinster, niece of J Styleman]
