    Messuage and appurtenances in Marston Mortaine, in occupation Jeremiah Bosworth is to be sold by trustees William Stone of Aspley Guise, gentleman, testator’s brother, and Edward Worster of Aspley, gentleman, testator’s kinsman, and money applied to following uses:- to brother Mr William Sadlier – interest of £100 for life to 3 sons of William Sadleir – above £100 after death of their father and after they reach 21 to Thomas Snagge of Aspley Guise, esquire – 20s for a ring to Edward Snagge, 2nd son of Thomas Snagge – 20s to Jane Stone, wife of William Stone, testator’s sister - £100 to Frances Jole, eldest daughter of William Jole, clerk - £30 to Sarah Jole, 2nd daughter of William Jole, clerk - £30 to Mary Whitway, wife of Peter Whitway, 3rd daughter of William Jole - £30 to Thomas Sadlier, eldest son of testator’s brother William Sadlier - £50 to Ralph Sadlier, 2nd son of William Sadlier - £50, to be paid when he is out of his time of apprentice to Francis Sadleir, 3rd son of William Sadlier - £50 (part to be used to bind him apprentice, and part to be paid when he has served his time of apprenticeship) to Sarah Worster, wife of Edward Worster, kinswoman of testator, - £10 to poor of Aspley Guise - £20, to be distributed by Richard Tilcock the elder and the overseers of the poor to executors, brother William Stone and cousin Edward Worster - £10 each
