In case of default of payment, the following property was to be forfeit to the use of Thomas Hillsden:- Moiety of 400 acres wood in occupation Thomas Chibnall Moiety of 40 acres meadow and 100 acres pasture in occupation H Charge. Nicholas Potts has now sold his £5 annuity to Edmund Harding, who in turn has paid Hillesden £80. Hillesden now stands seised in trust of the whole of the £20 annuity Now i) assigns the annuity to ii) at the direction of Edmund Harding.
