"At last we are settled down and at home, after a most hectic week. It certainly is a beautiful house, and the Miss E's are thoroughly in love with it. Frank Pinny and his wife dropped in on Tuesday evening. They had been to Radio-Olympia, and he came on to pick up an electric fire which the removers carried here by mistake, and which we promised to the Watsons (the new people at S.Joseph's). So I gave him your groundsheets and aksed him to let you have them. They were most useful the first night when the boxes were out on the lawn at the back. Thanks so much for them. There are still a hundred and one jobs to do in and about the house, but the worst is over, thank goodness. With kindest regards from us all, Yours sincerely,"
