Lord Carteret will not be in Town until next Monday. Lord Tankerville in Town yesterday conferring with Mr. Pitt about the confusion the Office is in due to "insolence, ignorance & obstinacy of Mr. [John] Palmer & his plan". Thinks Lord Tankerville will be at Office tomorrow, check whether there will be a board or not.
