Account of capture of slave ships from which any slaves capable of serving in the Navy are being kept until required. Asks for inquiry. Asks about inquiring into abuses of the slave trade. Asks about indentures of apprenticeship for negroes to planters and what is being done. Is now in a certain Government Office, but nothing
will induce him to abandon his attitude to the slave trade. Regrets no notice has been taken of his letters.
