Scope and Content
An account of the results of the abolition of the Slave Trade. The work of the African Institution. Relates the ill effects to England, Africa and the West Indies of the Abolition. The action of the Sierra Leone Company. Had the motion to be introduced to the House on the subject of approaching other nations as regards abolition, emanated from Mr. Whitbread, writer would have supported it. But coming from the quarter it does, he fears deceit.
