Has seen the deed of assignment which does not include the Library, but only some unsold books and a volume of tracts. Lord Eldon, one of the lenders, has written to say that he makes no claim, and, in fact, writer is of the opinion that the deed was only executed out of delicacy and respect to Mr. Hargrave.
