    George Lawson senior of Millbrook, clerk and George Lawson junior of Wilshamstead, gentleman, to Edward Bride of Houghton Conquest, yeoman … 6 acres arable and leys dispersed in the common fields of Wilshamstead, and "two pole of meadow or pole grass and one peece or parcell of meadow or pole grasse being every yeares meade", bounded as follows: in the Hill Field ½ acre lying on the further side of Eninge Furlong, one end abutting on the headland of Mr Bowles; ½ acre in Longe Bennett Furlong, abutting West on headland of John Cooch; in Brook Furlong in same field 2 roods abutting on the Brooke and the other end on Ridge Way; 1 acre on same furlong, one end abutting on Hardwicke Hedge, and the other on headland of John Cooch; in the Home Field, 1 acre, one end abutting on Doggetts and the other on Hill Way; 1 rood at Lambpitts abutting on Cotton Feild; in Balland one headland (½ acre) abutting South on Sutton Furlong; in Meade Furlong, ½ acre, one end abutting towards the meadow there, the other shooting "up to the Joynt" with two poles of pole grass; and one other piece of pole grass on Hosticke side "being everie yeares ground" as is set forth and bounded as aforesaid with "meare stones", 1 rood more thereof (being a ley land) lying at the further end of the meadow shooting East on [blank] and West on [blank]; and 1 acre more on Clay side, one end abutting on the highway there, and the other to Smithy End Witnesses: William Carr, T Arnald and John Carr
