i) William Boteler of Biddenham, esquire, and Sybill Farrer (widow of William Farrer of Bedford, esquire) ii) Abraham Burrall of Medlowe (county Huntingdonshire), esquire, and Thomas Farrer of Stadgeden [Stagsden], gentleman (on the marriage of William Boteler and Sybill Farrer) … 2 messuages and 80 acres land adjoining in Wilshamstead; in occupation of William Sprignall, Lawrence Helder and John Luke [no details] (to hold to Abraham Burrall and Thomas Farrer for ever; on trust to allow Sybill Farrer to enjoy rents during natural life; and after her decease, to allow £300 to be raised out of said premises, and then to assure the said premises to such of her children (Thomas, William or Francis Farrer) as she shall appoint, and in default of such appointment, to the said Thomas and his heirs; and the said £300 to be raised for the benefit of such other of the 3 sons whom she shall appoint, and in default of such appointment, to be divided between the other 2 sons; provided that if the 3 sons die within the life of said Sybill, then the £300 shall cease, and the premises conveyed as said Sybill shall direct) Witnesses: William Gwinne, William Barber and Richard [?Auncell] [see also TW11/285] [?]
